Box

Box

International dance theatre performed by the youth of the Pestalzzidorf in Trogen / CH

70 young people from various social and cultural backgrounds got together for the dance project. They encountered the theme of "space" in its diversity, depicted by a small wooden box. Each of the performers interpreted this differently: a reminder of home, a place of refuge, a reflection, or simply a piece of furniture.

The thematic arc stretched from the St. Gallen Saint "Wiborada", who is found in the smallest space of a local tower, to the vast living and cultural space of the Swiss Alps with its colourful world of myths and legends.
